Bean an tí serves breakfast to students at 9.00am. Students then prepare for the mornings classes and get the bus up to the Coláiste.

The classes are structured into three sessions. The first two classes cover general topics that appear on both Junior cert and Leaving cert curriculum's. The third class focus' on both traditional and modern songs as Gaeilge.

Students return to their accommodation for a hearty lunch. Students have the opportunity to rest after the mornings classes and prepare for the activities on the beach.

3.00 pm - An Trá

The 3 - 5 session is usually spent on our local beach Portacloy. Here in our very own park we have equipment such as surfboards, canoes, bodyboards, snorkels, hurls, footballs, wetsuits, lifejackets and helmets.

5 pm - Dinnéar

Students are given a big meal after the session on the beach to prepare them for the activities in the hall.

7 - 9 pm - Hall activities and Ceilí

Between 7 - 9 students have the opportunity to do an array of things such as play table tennis, pool, soccer board. football, basketball etc. At 8 we begin ceilí dancing which is claimed by some to be the most enjoyable aspect of the gaeltacht !

Between this time students can have a small snack after the days activities. They also get to use their mobile phones during this period but are handed back up just before lights out at 11 o clock.
